In the early hours of the morning on January 21, only 2 days before his 6 month birthday, Austin Scott Brooks, got his first tooth! This monumental event might have gone unnoticed for several more hours if not for the exceptional parenting skills of Dallas Brooks, proud daddy, who selflessly offered Austin his finger to chew. When asked about his first reaction to the event, Dallas said he just thought, “ouch, that hurts.” Upon closer inspection, the left front tooth was discovered poking through Austin’s gums. When asked to comment, Austin pursed his lips and blew a few bubbles at our reporter.
