Crib Notes- My Entourage

Guess who came to visit me this week???  Papa Carl and GiGi!  I've been practicing saying GiGi for a long time, and I finally got to use my new words for real!  Papa Carl is harder to say, but I worked on it all weekend.

Daddy went to get them, and they came in while I was asleep.  Personally, I didn't think that was fair, but you know Mommy and her rules.  I had to go to Mrs. Fran's on Friday because everyone was so busy.  But I got to leave early!  Daddy and GiGi came to get me and brought me home to Papa Carl.  We all played and had dinner together, and it seemed like no time until I had to get ready for bed.

I got up bright and early on Saturday to make certain I didn't miss any play time with Papa Carl and GiGi.  We went for a stroller ride and took pictures and played all morning.  I was so excited I just couldn't sit still for the pictures!

After all that moving and squirming, I was definitely ready for my morning nap.  Imagine how excited I was when I got up and found that Mommy had gone shopping.  I got to play all evening with GiGi!  We had dinner and got a bath and read stories.  Both Papa Carl and GiGi entertained me while I had my bath.  I was one big bundle of show off with such a great audience.

Papa Carl was so impressed with what a good, happy boy I am.  He was on the phone bragging to my great-aunt Neta about how I never cry.  Well, you know timing is everything in comedy, right?  I decided to cry for the first time in 3 days just as he finished saying that!

GiGi and Daddy came to music class with Mommy and me.  GiGi danced and sang and played instruments with the rest of us.  I was so distracted to have three adults with me that I gave hardly any attention to my favorite girls in the class.  Just think, only 15 months old and I already have my own entourage!

Monday was great.  I didn't have to go to daycare until late so I got to play with Papa Carl and GiGi and then go play with my friends at Mrs. Fran's.  So much playing is hard for a little guy, but I'm up to the challenge.  Now that I have an entourage, I have to keep up my image, you know.
