Crib Notes: Santa Claus

Here comes Santa Claus...

Santa Claus is a busy man this time of year, but Mommy got word that Santa (who I believe loves trains) was going to be at the National Trolley Museum on Saturday afternoon.  We headed to the museom to meet Santa.  The museum was great!  They had a telephone right at my level and a huge train track that I tried to get to.  They didn't have the barriers up for me, did they?  We even got to go on a trolley ride, which was fun until they made me sit in my seat for safety reasons.  I had exploring to do.  The only glitch in the day was Santa Claus.  I'm just not sure I like that guy...

Crib Notes: My First Birthday Party

I was invited to my first birthday party!  Mommy was ridiculously excited that I was old enough to be invited to a birthday party!  My friend Adam, who lives behind us, turned one.  He had his party at The Little Gym, which is the best place ever for a party.  I told Mommy I want to have my second birthday there!  Look at how much fun we had...

Crib Notes: Zoo Animals

Hi, Everyone!  I had such a big December.  As you know, the weekends around the  holidays are packed with activities, and mine were no exception.  We were so busy that I didn't even have time to post.  Stay tuned.  I'll update you on all my activities over the coming days.

First, Mommy discovered that I can identify lots of animals.  I know cow, horse, dog, cat, duck, monkey, and rabbit to name a few.  And, I know what sounds they all make.  Well, no one has told me what a rabbit says...

Because I'm so into animals these days, Mommy and Daddy took me to the National Zoo!  It was a little cold and windy, but there was so much to see!  The gorillas were my favorite!

Punkeens

Papa Carl made me punkeens!!!  Can you believe it?  When he heard about my dearest love, he decided I needed a punkeen to keep that wouldn't have to go bye bye and that wouldn't go splat on Mommy's floors.  I LOVE my punkeens!  I carried them around all night.  They are the best punkeens ever!  Don't you agree?

It helps to balance if you stick your belly out.
